Shipping Information

We use Canada Post and/or UPS to ship our orders.

Shipping rates are based on our current location in Ottawa, ON, Canada. You will see exact shipping costs and delivery dates online before committing to your order.

We arrange shipping for your order the same day it is placed in our system. Our shipper will pick your order up from our warehouse the next day.

All weights posted on our website are the greater of actual weight (lbs) or volumetric weight (L x W x H / 165) (inches).

We do ship to P.O boxes.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Canada
• United States

If you would like to order from us but you do not live in one of the countries listed above, contact us and we will look into expanding our list of shipping destinations.

Shipping Options

When ordering, you will be presented various shipping options from Canada Post & UPS based on the date of your bachelorette party.

These options will range from super-quick (such as priority service - 1 to 3 days) through to super... slow... (regular ground service - 2 to 4 weeks). You will be presented with a number of shipping services, each with different delivery dates and corresponding prices. This way, you'll know for sure if your order will make it in time for the bachelorette party!

We also offer a local pick-up option for qualifying postal codes.

Taxes

Canadian Customers

• GST/HST is charged on all Canadian orders
• PST is charged on all Ontario orders

International Customers (U.S., and others)

International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes, however they may be subject to duty & taxes based on where you live. These charges are calculated when the order crosses the border, and we have no way of knowing the exact amount.
