Will I get my order in time for the party? How long does it take to ship?
Yes! But it's up to you to choose the shipping service that gets there in time. You see, our checkout process is very sophisticated. It asks for your party date and queries the shipping companies to find out exact delivery dates and costs to your address. You can then choose the service that works for you!

What if the order doesn't make it in time, can I return it?
Of course! And if it's our fault (ie. you chose an appropriate shipping option, but we didn't ship it in time), we'll even refund the shipping costs both ways! Read our refund policy for more details.

Do you have a physical store I can visit and browse in person?
Not yet. We're a web store only, but our selection is unmatched compared to typical adult novelty stores and party supply shops.
